Duct Collecting Valves or Pulse Diaphragm Valves are designed for pulsing large volumes of air into filter bags for dust particle removal and air cleaning. Angled aluminium solenoid pulse valves are designed for high flow, fast opening and maintenance free long life for dust collector systems with port sizes typically 3/4", 1", 11/2", 2", 21/2" and 3" BSP or NPT Thread and 25mm or 40mm compression end fittings with pressure ratings up to 7 Bar 100 psi.

Typical Pulse Valve Specifications.

Special dual compound nylon reinforced Rubber diaphragm for high pressure resistance, fast opening 2- to 50 milliseconds and safe closing 100 to 400 milliseconds for long life. Die Cast Aluminium Angle Body for easy mounting, compact size and high flow large orifice reverse jet dust collecting.

DIN 43650A IP65 Waterproof coil with 100% ED continuous duty with voltage tolerance +/- 8% with any voltage available, 360° degree coil rotation.

Pressure range 0.5 to 7 Bar, Media temperature: -5°C to +80°C, Ambient -15°C to +50°C.

PI Series with integral Pilot and PR Series with remote pilot.
